Day 7 ~ Plant Paradox 30 Day Challenge

Well, I made it to the last day of the cleanse. I have a lot of energy. I have less aches in my body; when I was running before I started this I had felt pain in my knee, now I don’t feel that. Today I got on the treadmill thinking I would run-walk one mile but I didn’t feel like stopping so I ended up doing 2.5 miles. Here’s some highlights of my food today.
