Healthy Dinner Lectin Free

Hi! My husband made this awesome dinner! It’s all in the meal preparation. The meat, potatoes, and basmati rice were all pressure cooked, killing the lectins in the foods. Be sure to buy grass-fed beef. The cabbage, Brussels sprouts and turnips were cooked to perfection. He topped it off with some creole gravy made from cassava flour!
